Just finished on VIKI: Meow, the Secret Boy

I have never owned a cat. I've owned dogs though. Either way, the thought of my pet becoming my boo? Uhhh....WTF?

I guessed that this show would offer up the general Kdrama formula: Love triangle (+) possible death (+) secondary storyline that viewers could give a shit less about (+) plenty of Korean culture stuff jam packed in. What I was not prepared for was the whole destiny-love-my-fucking-cat-as-a-man-cat angle. I read the preview on VIKI, but no no, you watch the whole thing thinking: Is she gonna get it on with this man(CAT)?

I want you to watch as much as you can. I skipped through a lot. I just got tired of seeing him as that funky little cat. Plus, all sorts of questions were not getting answered (where/how does he poop...as a dude or as a feline? Does he prefer ramen with egg and green onions or Tendervittles or whatever the fuck cats eat? Shit like that.) Mind you, I'm sure that those of a particular age range might seriously swoon over this show (or people that REALLY love cats in a special way). I am not one of them.

It was interesting to learn about the general scope of how cats roll though any given day (they seem to be on CP time...I'll call this Cat Purrrr time). Other than that, it was mildly entertaining. I think I have commitment issues... once I start a drama, I almost feel like it's disrespectful to discontinue it completely.

Ok, no fuck that, I just wanted to see if she would actually do it with the man-cat-man. I have issues, I know.

On to the next one girls!!!
